Structure: The service typically includes these major steps. We perform a detailed analysis of your financial information, customer information, product and service lines, and cash flow. We help you prepare monthly financial projections to analyze strategic alternatives. We work with your management team to determine the best financial strategies that align your overall strategies (discussed below). Then we help your team build and implement the plan. We do not prepare these plans for you in isolation. Rather, we teach your team how to prepare them so that you will be self-sufficient.
